Harry
Podiatrist
Dr Haralumboss “Harry” Stivactas is the owner and principal podiatrist at Lord Street Podiatry. He is committed to continuing the clinic’s long-standing role in the Port Macquarie community while providing friendly, modern and patient-focused podiatry care.
Harry treats a wide range of foot and lower-limb concerns, including heel pain, tendon injuries, arthritis, walking difficulties, sports injuries, biomechanical problems and complex or ongoing foot pain. He has a particular interest in understanding how foot and lower-limb function can affect a person’s comfort, mobility and ability to remain active.
His treatment approach is tailored to the individual and may include custom foot orthoses, footwear advice, manual therapy, joint mobilisation, shockwave therapy,
rehabilitation and gait assessment. Harry believes patients should understand their condition and feel actively involved in decisions about their treatment.
Working alongside the experienced Lord Street Podiatry team, Harry aims to create a welcoming clinic where patients of all ages feel heard, respected and well cared for. His goal is simple: to help each person move more comfortably, confidently and independently.
Outside the clinic, Harry enjoys surfing, surf lifesaving, surf boat rowing and flying as a pilot, as well as spending time with his groodle, Athena.

About Jess
Jess
Podiatrist
I’m a podiatrist who graduated from University of Newcastle in 2020, with experience across all areas of general podiatry. My clinical interests include orthoses manufacturing and modifications, nail surgery, paediatric foot and gait care, and dermatological concerns. More recently, I completed training as a Lymphoedema Practitioner through the ALERT Program at Macquarie University. I’m passionate about helping people stay comfortable, active, and confident on their feet, and I enjoy working collaboratively with patients and other healthcare professionals to achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes. I value creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. Whether treating everyday foot pain or managing more complex conditions, I aim to provide practical, personalised care that helps people get back to doing what they love. Outside of work, I enjoy walking and catching up over coffee with friends, camping, spending time at the beach, going to the gym, and occasionally enjoying a cocktail or two.
About Matilda
Matilda
Podiatrist
With more than 33 years of experience in podiatry, Matilda brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, experience and genuine care to her practice. She graduated from the Sydney Institute of Technology in 1993 and has spent the majority of her career working in private practice.
In 2011, Matilda moved to Port Macquarie with her family after living and working in Wagga Wagga. She established Lord Street Podiatry, which has since grown from a solo podiatry practice into a thriving clinic with three podiatrists and a dedicated podiatry assistant. Early 2026 Matilda handed over the reins to Harry who is now the owner of Lord St Podiatry.
Matilda completed a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education in 2010, further developing her knowledge and skills in the management of patients with diabetes and their foot health. She enjoys all aspects of podiatry and particularly values the strong, long-term relationships she develops with her clients.
She has a special interest in biomechanics and the fabrication of soft, flexible orthoses. These custom-made orthoses can be fabricated and fitted during the appointment, allowing rehabilitation and recovery to commence without delay. Matilda enjoys providing practical, individualised treatment that helps her clients stay active and achieve their goals.
Outside of podiatry, Matilda enjoys spending time with her family and walking her beautiful dog, Charlie. She considers the relationships she has built with her clients and the opportunity to make a positive difference to their health and wellbeing to be among the most rewarding aspects of her career.
